SAP Program Manager

Job Description:

• As part of the Infosys Program Management team you will take complete end to end responsibility for delivering S 4 Greenfield Programs that help clients navigate their digital transformation journey

Key Responsibilities:

• 1 Project Leadership Delivery
• Own end to end responsibility for delivering S 4 Greenfield Programs
• Review and lead proposal preparation project estimations and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively
• Plan schedule monitor and report project progress while managing risks dependencies and overall delivery health
• 2 Stakeholder Team Management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams business stakeholders technical consultants and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Coach and mentor team members provide timely feedback and foster a culture of high performance continuous learning and innovation
• Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies
• 3 Agile Delivery Excellence
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Project Management
• Program Managed at least one S 4 Greenfield Implementation
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end implementation rollout upgrade and migration
• Strong understanding of SDLC Agile frameworks project estimation methods and quality processes
• Ability to manage project scope timelines budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements create project charters and align deliverables with business goals
• Awareness of emerging SAP technologies digital trends and architecture principles
• Strong analytical logical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
