SAP Project Manager

you will lead the planning and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Unlike general project managers, you should pose specialized knowledge of SAP architecture and methodologies like SAP Activate.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementations or upgrades.

Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and technical staff.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status reports and ensuring business objectives are met.

Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or budget overruns.

Methodology Adherence: Ensure compliance with project management standards and SAP-specific methodologies like SAP Activate.

Quality Assurance: Oversee system testing, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Job Requirements

• Experience: Senior (57 years): Manages complex, large-scale S/4HANA transformations or global rollouts.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall project management.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, PP, WMS, PM, SD) and integration points.
• Certifications: Top credentials include PMP (Project Management Professional) and the SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager.
• Tools: Expertise in project management software such as Jira and Confluence.

Certifications:

• Having PMP (Project Management Professional), or SAP Activate Project Manager Certification is preferred.
