Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant at Intrasoft Middle East. The consultant will design, configure, and support SAP RE-FX solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and compliance requirements. Daily activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping workflows, and integrating RE-FX with related SAP modules such as FICO and Master Data management. The role involves preparing functional specifications, conducting system testing, supporting user acceptance testing, and providing training and documentation to end users. The consultant will also participate in solution reviews, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding, including end-to-end real estate, leasing, and contract management workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize RE-FX configurations.
- Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
- Candidates should possess experience with SAP FICO, particularly in areas such as contract accounting, revenue recognition, and integration with RE-FX.
- Candidates should possess Master Data management skills, including setting up and maintaining property, contract, and customer/vendor master records.
- Relevant qualifications include hands-on SAP RE-FX implementation or support experience, preferably in large or complex environments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM), knowledge of IFRS and lease accounting standards, and experience in real estate or corporate leasing sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment, is preferred.
