Job Description
SAP S/4HANA RISE Technical Consultant with 8+ years of expertise to take on a senior leadership role within our SAP practice. Will be the go-to technical authority for our S/4HANA RISE environment, driving architectural decisions, complex workflow solutions, and technical excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical consultant and subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA on RISE with SAP
- SAP development (ABAP / ABAP OO / CDS Views / Fiori / UI5). Strong knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS Views), AMDP, OData, and SAP Fiori integration.
- ABAP on HANA, performance tuning, and modern development tools (Eclipse, ADT).
- End-to-end technical architecture, design, and governance of the SAP landscape
- Design and development of complex SAP Workflows classic SAP Workflow (SWDD), flexible workflows, approval frameworks, and BRF+ rule management across modules (MM, FI, SD, HR, PP, etc.)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior and mid-level SAP consultants
- Drive advanced ABAP development including OOP, RAP/CAP frameworks, and performance optimization
- SAP BTP integrations, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and API management
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation across the team
- Manage performance tuning on RISE
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP ecosystem
- Handle escalations, critical incidents, and high-priority technical resolutions
- Understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Drive adoption of SAP Joule, Embedded AI in S/4HANA, SAP AI Core, and AI Foundation on BTP for intelligent extensions and generative AI use cases.

Required Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years of SAP technical consulting experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on S/4HANA experience in a senior capacity
- Deep, proven expertise with RISE with SAP (public and/or private cloud)
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP Workflow classic workflow, flexible workflows, workflow debugging, event-driven workflows, and BRF+ integration
- Expert ABAP development skills OOP, RAP/CAP, CDS Views, BOPF, and performance tuning
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP Integration Advisor
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Fiori / UI5 app development, OData services, and launchpad administration
- Proven expertise in SAP AI Launchpad for model lifecycle management and responsible AI integration across the SAP ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in SAP AI technologies SAP Joule, Embedded AI in S/4HANA, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Foundation on BTP
- Experience with Security & Compliance on RISE with SAP , SAP Cloud ALM, and RISE shared responsibility security model
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
