Job Title: SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary:
The SAP SD and LE Specialist is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules to support the organization's sales, order processing, distribution, and logistics operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between SD and LE modules, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Module Management:
Configure and maintain the SAP SD module to meet business requirements.
Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD processes and workflows.
SAP LE Module Management:
Configure and maintain the SAP LE module to support logistics and transportation processes.
Manage shipping, transportation planning, and warehouse management functionalities.
Optimize logistics execution processes, including goods movement and delivery tracking.
Integration and Collaboration:
Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and LE modules for end-to-end process efficiency.
Collaborate with other SAP module specialists (e.g., MM, FI, PP) to ensure system-wide integration.
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Business Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve sales, distribution, and logistics processes using SAP SD and LE functionalities.
Implement best practices for order-to-cash, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer orders, deliveries, and logistics operations.
Project Implementation and Support:
Lead or participate in SAP SD and LE module implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD and LE systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.
Stay updated on SAP SD and LE advancements and emerging technologies.
Recommend innovative solutions to improve sales, distribution, and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in SAP SD and LE module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of sales, order processing, distribution, and logistics processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
SAP certification in SD and/or LE modules is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP).
Experience in S/4HANA implementation.
Familiarity with industry-specific SAP SD and LE configurations.
