Jaidah Group is seeking an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant to configure, support, optimize, and enhance our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) landscape. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable SAP solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless business operations. You will play a key role throughout the SAP lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to user support, testing, and continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD and CS modules in line with business requirements.
- Design and implement SAP solutions across sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, returns, warranty, service orders, and customer service processes.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, workflows, forms, and user exits.
- Develop and maintain system, configuration, and end-user documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and external vendors throughout project delivery.
- Participate in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and change management activities.
- Monitor system performance, recommend process improvements, and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and support internal and external audits.
- Deliver project activities within agreed timelines while providing ongoing SAP support and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD/CS Consultant across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit management, and output determination.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CS, including service notifications, service orders, warranty management, repairs, service contracts, spare parts, and customer service billing.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with data migration tools such as LSMW or SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Exposure to SAP integrations, IDocs, APIs, reporting, and external business applications.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, or similar reporting platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps tools, version control systems, incident management, and change management processes.
- SAP SD, SAP CS, or SAP S/4HANA certifications are highly desirable.
