Key Responsibilities:
Analyze organizational processes and systems to design and implement effective business solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in pricing, promotions, or related roles.
Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail.
Strong understanding of business process design and data analysis techniques.
Proven experience in analyzing business models and integrating them with technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
Ability to develop detailed documentation outlining business processes and system specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Certifications in SAP or related areas.
