About the Role

The role involves defining business requirements and performing fit gap analysis between client requirements and the standard Success Factors Solution.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Solution
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
• Able to do Product Walkthroughs and running requirement gathering Workshops
• Strong Knowledge in PRD reports and should be able to create new and modify reports
• Setting up LMS Admin, Business rule scenarios
• Setting up Connectors with Bizx
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues in SF LMS
• Help client understand on alternatives for system configuration and design
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
• Strong knowledge in PRD reports, system configuration, and troubleshooting in SF LMS.
• Experience with Product Walkthroughs, requirement gathering Workshops, and setting up Connectors with Bizx.
