Responsibilities
- Able to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues/incidents within Success Factors modules
- Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM integration techniques
- Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint Strong XML Knowledge
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Able to train the user communities (End users /Super Users)
Candidate profileSAP certified in Employee Central
Trained or knowledge in other SF modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation and LearningExperience* 5-7 years of SAP HCM experience.
- Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle in SuccessFactors implementation
- Preferably minimum 2-3 years domain experienceAvailabilityShould be available to join within 15 daysWork LocationIndia (WFH) with travel opportunity based on needClientSaudi based client (Government owned entity)
