Role Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their compensation and benefits requirements, configure the system to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits processes, SAP SuccessFactors capabilities, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with Accenture's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Benefits Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather business requirements, analyze compensation and benefits processes, and recommend solutions to optimize total rewards programs.
  • Compensation Planning: Configure and manage salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs within SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Benefits Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation and benefits data with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compensation and benefits solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and deliver compensation and benefits reports, providing insights into pay equity, budget utilization, and workforce trends.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute test plans to validate compensation and benefits configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance compensation and benefits processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.

  • Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record of delivering compensation and benefits solutions in complex, multi-country environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including merit planning, bonus programs, and equity management.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Compensation.
  • Familiarity with benefits management systems and their integration with SAP solutions is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is preferred.
