Your Role And Responsibilities
- Configure EC modules including Job Information, Compensation, Time Off, and Workflows
- Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT
- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation
- Resolve configuration issues and support go-live activities
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. tax, social security, labor laws) based on country-specific regulations.
- Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans.
- Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training.
- Support audits and reporting by delivering accurate payroll-related data and documentation.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- At least 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and info types.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
