Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Configure EC modules including Job Information, Compensation, Time Off, and Workflows
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT
  • Assist in requirement gathering and documentation
  • Resolve configuration issues and support go-live activities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. tax, social security, labor laws) based on country-specific regulations.
  • Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans.
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and user guides.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training.
  • Support audits and reporting by delivering accurate payroll-related data and documentation.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • At least 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors EC implementations
  • Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and info types.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
