The Work
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their payroll requirements, configure SAP ECP to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Your expertise in SAP ECP will be critical in delivering innovative payroll solutions that drive business success and enhance employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Payroll Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze payroll requirements, providing innovative solutions to address complex payroll challenges.
Integration Management: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management) and third-party systems.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate payroll configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP ECP solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
Here's What You Will Need
Experience:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven experience in delivering SAP ECP solutions in complex, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP ECP, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage type configuration.
Knowledge of integration between SAP ECP and other modules like Employee Central and Time Management.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ECP projects.
