Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The role is responsible for configuring payroll solutions, supporting payroll localization, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality payroll solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, payroll areas, and payroll processing.
- Deliver and support Payroll Localization, including GOSI, WPS, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), allowances, deductions, and Saudi labor law compliance.
- Support payroll execution, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, Payroll Control Center (PCC), reconciliation, and payroll issue resolution.
- Configure and troubleshoot EC–ECP Point-to-Point (PTP) replication and payroll master data.
- Support payroll integrations with SAP Finance (FI), banking systems (DME), GOSI, and third-party applications.
- Participate in data migration, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and support knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, and payroll interfaces.
- Provide production support, resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) certification.
Minimum Experience
- +4 years of SAP Payroll experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation.
