Job Title: SAP Functional SME - HR SF Talent

Job Description:

The SAP Functional SME - HR SF Talent is responsible for optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions to align with organizational human capital strategies. This role involves ensuring the functional correctness of SuccessFactors Talent modules, validating requirements, and improving workflows to enhance employee experiences and drive effective talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Validation and Expertise:

  • Apply deep expertise in Talent Management processes and SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules to validate workflows and ensure functional alignment with strategic HR goals.
  • Ensure solutions address real operational needs and enhance talent-related processes, such as performance management, succession planning, and learning.

  • Process Optimization and Design:

  • Lead analysis and refinement of talent and learning processes to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Utilize advanced business process modeling and mapping techniques to enhance workforce development workflows.

  • Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SuccessFactors Talent solutions with business objectives.
  • Guide teams in improving system capabilities and optimizing talent workflows, contributing to strategic decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify gaps in existing Talent Management processes and provide innovative, scalable solutions to address them.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functionality, usability, and effectiveness of SuccessFactors Talent solutions.

  • Knowledge Sharing and Training:

  • Support the development of training materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities to align teams with best practices in talent and learning management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules and provide guidance on system behavior.
  • Expert Proficiency: SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning).
  • Recommended Proficiency: Business Process Modeling and Mapping Techniques.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership abilities to coordinate across multiple teams.

  • Scope and Impact:
