SAP Trainer

We are currently seeking SAP Trainers to support a global client in delivering training as part of an SAP-enabled transformation across Finance, Accounting, HR, and Payroll.

The role will focus on ensuring end users are fully equipped with the knowledge of new processes, system transactions, and role-based responsibilities ahead of go-live.

We are looking for two Trainers with strong expertise in Finance and Accounting processes, and two Trainers with experience in HR and Payroll, to deliver targeted training aligned to their respective functional areas.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6-month initial contract

Location: Hybrid – Remote / Dubai City Centre

Languages: English speaking

Role/Responsibilities:

Training Preparation

• Review training materials created by functional team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and suitability for end users.
• Ensure readiness of training resources (including exercise datasets)
• Support coordination of training schedules and session preparation where required.

Training Delivery

• Deliver instructor led training sessions
• Facilitate scenario-based training sessions demonstrating SAP processes and system transactions
• Adapt training delivery to different audiences and roles

Post Go – Live Support

• Delivery refresher training sessions
• Capture feedback and contribute to improvements in training materials and delivery
• Conduct assessments to evaluate learner understanding and ensure effective knowledge transfer

Support the transition of training ownership to the business post go live, ensuring readiness of business trainers
