Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz El Mansoura for a Senior Tele-Sales Specialist. The role involves responsibilities such as engaging with potential customers to promote products or services, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will also provide training and mentorship to junior team members, track sales metrics, and contribute to strategic sales planning to drive business growth. A focus on excellent customer service will underline all interactions and activities.

- Ability to scrap professional data and convert high quality meeting to sales specialists
- Proven skills in training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance
- Experience with sales management, including setting goals and evaluating metrics
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a tele-sales role is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
