Responsibilities

You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to embed Saudization into workforce planning, balancing regulatory requirements with business priorities, while acting as a trusted advisor on workforce composition, compliance, and organizational structuring.

  • Create a Saudization plan across the entities in Saudi Arabia and monitor it on a regular basis.
  • Embed Saudization requirements into workforce planning across all entities and SPVs
  • Proactively managing Saudization complying with regulators initiatives, regulations and circulations related to Saudization.
  • Anticipate regulatory changes and translate them into clear, actionable business guidance
  • Advise on job classification and workforce structuring to optimize compliance and business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong government relationships to support business continuity and expansion
  • Lead government-related activities for entity setup, SPVs, and licensing, ensuring compliance from day one
  • Act as the primary interface with key government entities (HRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, MOFA, Absher, Muqeem, Mudad)
  • Manage employee medical insurance, including, enrollment, renewals, and claims, ensuring accurate records and continuous coverage for all employee.
  • Manage official government correspondence and letter preparation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely communication with relevant authorities
  • Oversee workforce mobility and compliance processes, including visas, Iqama, and employment regulations

Experience & Qualifications

  • Saudi national with 8+ years of experience in Government Relations, PRO, or Workforce Compliance within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong expertise in Saudi Labor Law, Saudization and government platforms
  • Experience in complex or multi-entity environments (e.g., SPVs, large-scale projects)
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, with strong business acumen
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Native Arabic and strong English communication skills
