  • Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning agenda by driving process excellence, cross-functional integration, portfolio optimization, and digital enablement to ensure superior service levels, optimized inventory, and sustainable business growth.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Planning Governance & Process Leadership

  • Own and lead integrated planning across Demand, Supply, Production, Material, Deployment, and Logistics functions.
  • Drive scenario planning, long-term planning, and cross-functional capacity alignment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address service gaps, excess inventory, write-offs, and operational constraints.
  • Establish and enforce SLAs to strengthen planning governance, accountability, and execution discipline.
  • Ensure full compliance with Internal Controls, Group Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures across all planning activities.
  • Support and manage end-to-end New business from planning perspective, including demand review, material allocation, and replenishment planning to ensure all sales requirements are achieved in alignment with contractual agreements, Group planning process.
  • Lead the end-to-end Planning ERP system, ensuring parameter setting and optimization, demand fulfillment, and supply chain analytics, while driving continuous improvement, system effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

Promotional & Portfolio Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead promotional launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercialization, ensuring flawless end-to-end execution from raw materials to finished goods across all planning functions.
  • Manage Phase-In/Phase-Out processes, SKU delisting, and portfolio rationalization to safeguard CRI and DSI targets.
  • Oversee Total Age Management and warehouse optimization strategies in coordination with the logistics team.
  • Develop robust business cases for Long term plan, new launches, investments, and Capex initiatives aligned with strategic and financial objectives.

Planning Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Lead Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives and special projects (e.g., end-to-end Co-packing programs).
  • Ensure data accuracy, master data readiness, and reporting integrity across planning systems.
  • Manage with Production and Operational Planning to optimize capacity utilization, prioritize demand during constraints, and manage toll-filling and Co-packing activities, including Energy Business requirements.
  • Develop and standardize policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production and Supply Planning to prioritize demand at package and regional levels in constrained environments.
  • Manage Capex related to Supply chain planning , ensuring timely preparation, review, and alignment with internal governance requirements.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SC Planning dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) ensuring data accuracy and governance
  • Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs including:

  1. Forecast Accuracy
  2. Service Levels
  3. Inventory Performance (DSI, aging, write-offs)
  4. Capacity Utilization

  • Provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting for Management and Group Planning.
  • Serve as the primary interface with Group Planning for Energy and core planning matters.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Data Science, or engineering.

Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP or ERP systems and advanced data analytics, with strong proficiency in MS Power BI.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience within Supply Chain functions (Planning, Production, Material, or Logistics).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities, with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, experienced in delivering executive-level insights and performance reports.
