CCL Global is seeking for a SCADA Leader for a full time role based in Riyadh.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Lead SCADA engineering activities for MV distribution networks across SEC projects.
- Act as technical lead and focal point for SCADA scope within ADMS-enabled control centers.
- Manage and supervise the SCADA engineering team (engineers, junior engineers, and technicians).
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure technical quality and compliance with SEC standards.
- Support SCADA systems integrated with ADMS functions.
- Define SCADA system architecture including servers, redundancy, virtualization, and disaster recovery.
- Review and validate CIM (IEC 61968 / IEC 61970) imports/exports related to SCADA network models.
- Oversee configuration of SCADA databases, points, alarms, events, and historical data.
- Lead commissioning, cutover, and go-live activities with SEC control center operators.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and decision-making during system issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and SEC stakeholders at technical and management levels.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's in electrical, Electronics, Control or Communication Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years in SCADA engineering and integration & MV distribution Network.
Skills Requirements:
- SCADA architecture (servers, redundancy, virtualization).
- Protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/104, ICCP, DNP3.
- CIM-based network modeling and validation.
- Integration of field devices and control centers.
- Integration with DMS/OMS
