Apex Events Services LLC is a Dubai-based provider of temporary structures and event infrastructure across the UAE. With 26 years of scaffolding experience behind the group, we design, supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding, grandstands, staging and access structures for events, exhibitions, commercial and construction projects. Our work is delivered by trained site crews working to strict safety standards, and as our project load grows we are looking for skilled scaffolders to join the team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolder to erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures across our project and event sites. The role involves working as part of a site crew under the supervision of the site supervisor, following approved drawings and method statements, and maintaining safe working practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures as per approved drawings
• Handle, sort and stack scaffolding materials — tubes, boards, couplers and fittings
• Ensure structures are properly braced, tied and secured before handover
• Carry out routine checks and report defective materials or unsafe conditions
• Work to project deadlines, including event build-up and dismantling schedules
• Follow all site safety rules, method statements and permit-to-work requirements
• Use PPE correctly at all times, including full-body harness when working at height
• Support the supervisor and site helpers as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years scaffolding experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC
• Third-party scaffolding certificate or recognised scaffolding training preferred
• Able to work with tube-and-clamp and system scaffolding
• Able to read and follow scaffold drawings and instructions
• Good understanding of work-at-height and PPE safety requirements
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in site conditions
• Willing to work flexible hours during event build-up and dismantling periods
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi or Urdu
