We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on major EPC projects within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will ensure safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures while leading teams and maintaining compliance with strict HSE standards.

Your Role

As Scaffolding Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise scaffolding activities across construction areas in line with EPC project requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding erection, inspection, and dismantling follow international standards and company procedures.
• Lead and coordinate scaffolding crews to achieve safe and timely execution.
• Conduct scaffold inspections and issue/verify tags for safe use.
• Prepare scaffolding plans, material estimates, and work schedules.
• Collaborate with construction, HSE, QA/QC, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Train and mentor scaffolders on proper techniques and safety practices.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of scaffolding experience in Oil & Gas construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Diploma and Valid scaffolding supervisor certification (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
• Expertise : Strong understanding of OSHA, HSE, and international scaffolding standards.
• Ability to read drawings and scaffold design layouts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
