10–15+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years of Scala development experience. Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices. Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Proven leadership in architecture and technical decision-making. Scala Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-scale Scala-based applications and platforms. The role provides technical leadership in architecture, functional programming, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and microservices. The architect collaborates with business and engineering teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while mentoring development teams and driving technology strategy.

Responsibilities
