Scan to BIM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit based on Point Cloud data.
• Perform Scan to BIM processes and deliver models at LOD500.
• Produce 2D as built and quantity take-offs.
• Support coordination, clash detection, and final BIM submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
• Minimum 3 years of BIM / Scan to BIM experience.
• Excellent Revit skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Scan to BIM & Point Cloud tools (ReCap, Navisworks, etc.).
• Proficiency in Revit and ACC.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
