Position Objectives
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure the timely delivery of data centre or mission-critical projects
- Track progress, identify deviations, and support corrective actions for contractor performance
- Provide accurate planning insights and reporting to support project decision-making
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Audit contractor schedules, verify progress, and ensure alignment with data centre project timelines
- Track productivity, monitor work package completion, and highlight delays or risks
- Coordinate with project managers, design, and construction teams to validate schedule assumptions
- Support schedule reporting, KPI tracking, and progress dashboards for management review
- Identify schedule risks, suggest mitigation, and maintain schedule documentation
Qualification and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 510 years of scheduling/planning experience on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Proficiency in project controls software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, progress monitoring, and productivity analysis
- Familiarity with KPI reporting, dashboards (Power BI/Excel), and integrated project controls processes
- Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or AACEi are preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
