Job Description:

Proven project management experience in payment systems, especially Visa and MasterCard BIN certification projects.

Prior experience of working on the creation, certification, and go-live of new BINs for Visa and MasterCard.

Strong understanding of the entire BIN lifecycle, including issuance, certification, and implementation.

Excellent coordination skills with technical teams and external partners.

Experience in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log management and risk mitigation.

Proficiency in tracking project progress and reporting through weekly updates.

Experience in managing end-to-end project readiness and successful deployment.

Required Skills:

Payment Systems Expertise: Deep knowledge of Visa and MasterCard ecosystems, especially BIN (Bank Identification Number) processes.

BIN Lifecycle Management: Hands-on experience with issuance, certification, and implementation of BINs.

Certification Projects: Proven track record in managing Visa/MasterCard BIN certification projects from initiation to go-live.

Ability to structure, track, and deliver complex payment system projects.

Skilled in identifying, documenting, and mitigating Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.

Proficiency in preparing weekly updates and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
