Role Description The School Bus Supervisor at La Rose De Lisieux is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during transportation to and from school. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo includes supervising students as they board, ride, and exit the bus, maintaining orderly conduct, and supporting the bus driver in enforcing school transportation rules. The supervisor monitors attendance and student lists, communicates with school administration and families as needed, and responds appropriately to any incidents or emergencies during trips. Daily tasks also involve fostering a respectful, friendly environment on the bus and helping younger students with seating, seat belts, and boarding procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong student supervision and child care skills, with the ability to manage groups of children in a calm and consistent manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, bus drivers, and school staff.
- Basic safety and emergency response skills, including knowledge of school transportation policies and procedures.
