About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of students and staff within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff
• Assess and manage minor illnesses and injuries during school hours
• Maintain accurate medical records and health documentation
• Administer medications as prescribed and authorized
• Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and develop care plans
• Conduct health screenings and participate in health promotion programs
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding student health concerns
• Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and school health policies
• Support infection control and health awareness initiatives within the school

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Filipino Nationality
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in school, pediatric, or community healthcare settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage emergencies effectively
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
