Job Title: School Nurse (Filipino Nationals Only)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate School Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff, promoting health education, and ensuring a safe school environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff
- Monitor and manage student health records and medical histories
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per DOH guidelines
- Handle minor injuries and illnesses, and refer serious cases to hospitals when required
- Conduct routine health screenings (vision, hearing, BMI, etc.)
- Promote health awareness and hygiene practices among students
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH) regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all medical cases
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration on student health concerns
Requirements:- Nationality: Filipino (mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid DOH License / Eligibility (Abu Dhabi)
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (school or pediatric experience preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle children with care and patience
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience as a School Nurse in UAE
- Experience working with children or in a pediatric setting
