Schools F&B Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Schools Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily F&B operations for school canteens, ensuring adherence to service standards and quality requirements. Key tasks include managing staff performance, monitoring food quality, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The role also includes collaborating with teams to streamline operations, manage inventories, and address customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage teams effectively and oversee performance
• Strong understanding of Service Standards and processes critical for maintaining F&B quality
• Experience in Food Service and a comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and offerings
• Exemplary Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and feedback efficiently
• Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time management
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry
• Previous experience in school catering or a similar environment is an advantage
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural work environment
