UK INTERVIEWS – LATE OCTOBER

Members of our leadership team will be in the UK in late October to meet and interview shortlisted candidates in person.

Skills Description

• Embody and role-model our core values of integrity, empathy and fortitude in everything they do
• Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience teaching Science at Secondary level, including GCSE and A Level
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
• Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
• Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
• Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring students
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
