- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience teaching Science at Secondary level, including GCSE and A Level
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
- Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
- Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring students
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
