Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Scientific Sales Representative-Ruminant Line to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales objectives within the budgeted framework for ruminant products
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including veterinarians, distributors, and farm owners
- Provide technical and scientific support to customers, ensuring they understand product benefits and correct application methods
- Monitor market trends and collect competitive intelligence regarding pricing, new products, and industry shifts
- Execute 100% of planned activities according to sales and marketing strategies within the agreed timeframe
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical support in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in ruminant nutrition, feed additives, or veterinary pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Strong scientific knowledge of animal health, disease management, and ruminant product applications
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
