Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ATP DB, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in designing integrations and data migration strategies.
- Knowledge of PaaS extensions and Fusion security framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
- Experience in multi-country, multi-entity implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices for ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Own end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning).
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ATP DB, and custom objects for seamless data flow between Fusion and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices for scalability and security.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Lead Fusion SCM implementations and migrations from legacy ERP systems
- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Oversee technical deliverables, including Functional and Technical Design Documents (FSD/TDD).
- Integration & Customization
- Design and manage integrations for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes using OIC and REST APIs.[6]
- Develop custom extensions and workflows for SCM processes leveraging PaaS components.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Governance & Compliance
- Conduct impact assessments for change requests and ensure adherence to architecture policies.
- Validate security design for user roles and privileges across Fusion and integration layers.
