About the Role - 9 to 10mths Contract

Our client, a leader in the consumer goods sector, is seeking a Contract PMO Administrator to join the Supply Chain workstream of a major regional transformation initiative, Project Osprey LES. This position will play a critical role in driving project governance, supply chain remediation activities, and executive reporting across UAE, KSA, and the wider MEA region.

The ideal candidate will bring strong PMO coordination skills, advanced reporting capabilities, and supply chain project experience, helping ensure the successful completion of inventory and supplier transaction cleanup activities while providing visibility to senior stakeholders through high-quality dashboards and reporting.

About the Requirements

• Maintain project trackers, action logs, milestones, risks, and governance records to ensure accurate and timely project oversight.
• Drive follow-up and closure of supply chain remediation activities related to supplier purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and system transaction corrections.
• Develop and distribute executive dashboards, reports, and project status updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Coordinate across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed and evidenced.
• Support project assurance, audit readiness, governance meetings, knowledge transfer activities, and the transition of remediation processes into operational teams.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, PMO Administration, Project Coordination, ERP, WMS, or business transformation environments.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools, alongside strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and follow-up skills, with exposure to SAP, Oracle, reconciliation activities, or data quality initiatives being highly advantageous.
