Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective engagement and collaboration within the development team.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to enhance productivity and quality.
- Work closely with remote teams and manage stakeholders across different time zones.
- Guide and mentor teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Agile tools like Jira to track progress and manage workflows efficiently.
- Support product owners in defining the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and user stories.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members to achieve high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience working effectively with remote teams and managing stakeholders across time zones.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
- Skills to guide and mentor teams towards self-organization and improvement.
Additional Skills
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) certification is a plus.
- Experience in scaling Agile (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or working in a multi-team Agile environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Fluent in Arabic.
