Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional who can efficiently manage the dual role of Scrum Master and Product Owner for a high-stakes project. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management. The engagement will require full-time, on-premises availability for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as the Product Owner, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and project progress reports
- Drive the team toward project goals while managing scope, budget, and timelines
- Monitor and manage sprint backlogs, product backlogs, and release plans
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Scrum Master Expertise: Proven experience in leading Agile teams and processes
- Product Ownership: Hands-on experience in defining product roadmaps and managing backlogs
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation for development teams and stakeholders
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of .NET technologies for effective technical discussions
- Familiarity with API integrations and understanding of their workflows
- Negotiation Skills to align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
- Prior experience in the finance or banking industry will be a strong advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role
