Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to improve delivery discipline, sprint planning, execution visibility,

stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination across eyouth technical projects.

This role will help the tech team manage priorities, remove blockers, improve communication, and ensure

delivery commitments are tracked properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Work with product, tech leads, developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to align priorities.

• Help maintain and organize the product backlog with clear priorities and ownership.

• Track sprint progress, blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

• Ensure tasks have clear acceptance criteria, owners, dependencies, and timelines.

• Improve communication between product, engineering, QA, business, and management teams.

• Support release planning, delivery reporting, and sprint health visibility.

• Help the team follow Agile and Scrum practices consistently without slowing delivery.

• Prepare progress updates, meeting notes, sprint summaries, and action items.

• Support cross-team coordination across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, Technical Project Coordinator, or

similar role.

• Good understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, and software development lifecycle.

• Experience working with software development teams.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery conflicts.

• Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Ability to write clear meeting notes, sprint summaries, and action items.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to keep teams aligned without micromanagement.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification or Agile certification.

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, government-related projects, or multi-team delivery environments.

• Technical background or ability to understand backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, and AI delivery

workflows
