We're looking for a strong, delivery-focused Senior Scrum Master to support complex technology squads and help drive efficient, predictable software delivery.
This is not a passive Scrum Master role. We need someone who can bring structure, remove blockers, run strong ceremonies, manage delivery flow and help squads move faster with better discipline.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple squads, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Support complex backlog management, ensuring stories are clear, complete and ready for delivery
- Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and senior stakeholders to break down large epics into deliverable increments
- Map and manage cross-team dependencies across squads and platforms
- Ensure delivery is incremental and controlled, avoiding large big bang releases
- Proactively identify blockers, manage RAID logs and escalate risks where needed
- Act as the delivery interface between squads, Product, Technology and senior stakeholders
- Track velocity, flow efficiency, predictability and sprint performance
- Identify issues slowing down delivery and drive continuous improvement
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex software or digital delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Scrum, flow management and dependency tracking
- Experience supporting multiple squads or enterprise-level delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A delivery-first mindset with the ability to bring structure, pace and accountability
- Confidence coaching teams and improving Agile maturity across an organisation
