We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for driving Agile delivery within an assigned Pod, ensuring effective execution of ceremonies, backlog management, and timely delivery of design and development artifacts. The role acts as a key facilitator between squads, governance forums, and senior leadership to enable smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog for the assigned Pod, supporting 58 applications.
- Ensure design sprints deliver Low-Level Designs (LLD) and required governance artifacts on time.
- Manage, support, and raise Change Requests (CRs) and other governance-related artifacts and processes.
- Facilitate dependency identification and resolution within and across Pods.
- Reduce administrative overhead for squad members to enable focus on delivery.
- Manage delivery milestones and obtain sign-off on Pod-level deliverables.
- Communicate risks, progress, and new opportunities to the Senior Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience working in scaled Agile environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing backlogs and coordinating delivery across multiple applications.
- Solid understanding of Agile governance, change management, and delivery frameworks.
