Scrum Master / Delivery Manager (Banking Temenos T24)
We are looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Scrum Master / Delivery Manager with strong banking domain expertise to lead complex IT initiatives in a regulated banking environment. This role requires hands-on delivery ownership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple technical domains
- Own daily delivery tracking, sprint commitments, planning & re-planning activities
- Ensure zero-delay delivery, SLA adherence, and timely defect resolution
- Drive SDLC execution in coordination with IT management and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate, meaningful updates in JIRA
Agile / Scrum Leadership
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more squads using Scrum / Kanban
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Continuously improve Agile practices and team maturity
- Support multiple squads when required
Agile Process Improvement
- Drive Agile transformation, process standardization, and delivery predictability
- Initiate and implement new Scrum and delivery practices
- Ensure Agile delivery aligns with ITOM and operational governance requirements
JIRA & Delivery Tracking
- Ensure strong JIRA board hygiene, backlog accuracy, and sprint tracking
- Conduct weekly JIRA reviews and delivery health checks
- Design and maintain dashboards for sprint progress, SLA compliance, and management visibility
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present weekly delivery status reports covering:
- Progress
- Risks & issues
- Escalations
- Delivery metrics and SLAs
- Ensure transparency and compliance with governance standards
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Facilitate backlog refinement, PO syncs, and feedback sessions
- Act as a bridge between business expectations and technical execution
- Manage stakeholders across IT, operations, testing, infrastructure, and vendors
Domain & Technical Expertise
Banking Domain
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking domain
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, regulatory requirements, and operations
Temenos T24 (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing Temenos T24 implementation or upgrade projects is a strong plus
- Experience coordinating with Temenos teams, vendors, and internal core banking squads
- Any claimed T24 experience will be assessed
Technical Awareness
- Strong technical understanding to engage development, testing, and environment teams
- Ability to identify dependencies, troubleshoot delivery issues, and drive resolution
- Comfortable participating in deep technical discussions
IT Operations Alignment
- Solid understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
- Align Agile delivery with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
- Ensure service stability alongside continuous delivery
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong team facilitation and collaboration mindset
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and handle high-level communication
- Proactive in risk management and escalation
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher), or equivalent
- Certification knowledge must be applied practically in Agile delivery within a banking environment
