About This Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery and continuous improvement across one or more teams. This role acts as a servant leader, coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. You will facilitate collaboration, drive high-quality delivery, and help teams achieve business objectives through effective planning and risk management.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to ensure alignment and commitment across teams.Support teams in estimating capacity and velocity for upcoming sprints and breaking down features into manageable user stories.Use historical data to forecast future sprints and PI planning.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality increments at the end of each sprint.Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Identify and manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve dependencies to avoid delays.Promote effective communication and collaboration within and across teams.

Who You Are

Experienced in working with international, distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, organisation, and prioritisation with proven ability to produce detailed plans.Strong communicator with mentoring capabilities and a proactive, collaborative approach.Knowledgeable in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.Holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in a Scrum team.Familiar with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery tools (JIRA, ADO, Confluence).Certifications such as CSM or PSM are a plus.
