Scrum Master with BA

Role Responsibilities:

1. Guide teams on Agile principles and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
2. Track project deliverables, risks, and issues with regular status updates
3. Support sprint planning, product demos, and system testing
4. Remove team impediments and ensure collaborative delivery practices

1. Ensure successful implementation of Agile practices across teams
2. Maintain project documentation, financials, and task tracking
3. Improve team performance through coaching and metrics
