Role Description The Sea Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in
Cairo or Alexandria, responsible for managing end-to-end sea export operations. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating bookings with carriers, and liaising with customers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. The role involves monitoring shipment status, handling inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The Sea Export Executive also supports pricing, quotation preparation, and collaboration with the sales team to maintain and develop customer relationships. Accurate data entry, maintenance of shipment records, and contribution to continuous process improvement are core aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- expertise in sea Export operations.
- Proficiency in Export Documentation, including preparing, reviewing, and filing shipping documents.
- Ability to support Sales activities related to sea freight.
- Good understanding of global logistics, ocean freight procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills,
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and systems; familiarity with international shipping platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo or Alexandria and collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
