About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise across all SEO disciplines. You'll be the technical powerhouse driving our organic growth through advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO Excellence:
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies, including LSI and semantic SEO
- Optimize website architecture, content structure, meta elements, headers, and internal linking
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and SERP research to identify ranking opportunities
- Enhance site structure and navigation for optimal user experience and crawlability
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Design and implement strategic link-building campaigns to increase domain authority
- Research and secure high-quality backlinks through targeted outreach
- Monitor backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and maintain a healthy link ecosystem
- Build relationships with industry-relevant websites, bloggers, and publishers
Technical SEO Mastery:
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits (site speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, indexing)
- Implement schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimization
- Collaborate with developers on technical implementations, migrations, and SSL setup
- Troubleshoot crawl errors, indexation issues, and technical barriers to ranking
- Ensure mobile-first optimization and international SEO best practices
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Analyze ranking trends, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- A/B test SEO initiatives and optimize based on data
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrated results
- Expert proficiency with: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Search Console
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and E-E-A-T
- Strong technical skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, website architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
