You'll own and scale SEO strategy for Arabic-speaking markets (e.g., KSA, UAE, GCC, Egypt), building a truly local approach that drives measurable growth in traffic, signups, and engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of regional execution and global alignment—you'll act as the SEO lead for your market while contributing to a broader international strategy.

- Define and lead end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, content, authority)

- Become the go-to expert on Arabic search behavior and trends
- Identify opportunities through data, competition, and user insights
- Continuously test, learn, and adapt strategy
Content & Localisation
- Deliver high-quality, locally relevant content
- Balance localisation with original content creation
- Adapt global systems for local impact
Technical & Authority
- Maintain strong technical SEO foundations
- Partner with specialists on localisation challenges
- Lead link-building and authority growth initiatives
Performance & Insights
- Define KPIs and track performance across key metrics
- Communicate clear insights and recommendations
- Use data to inform decisions and pivots
Future of Search
- Monitor AI-driven discovery (LLMs, AI search, social)
- Test and evolve strategies beyond traditional SEO
- Share learnings to shape broader strategy
What We're Looking For
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English
- Deep understanding of MENA search behavior and culture
- Proven SEO leadership across large-scale websites
- Strong grasp of technical, content, and link-building SEO
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Experience building or scaling teams is a plus
- Curious and adaptable, especially around AI and emerging channels
