We're hiring Search Quality Evaluators to assess and rate search engine results, recommendations, and AI-generated answers. Your feedback directly improves how AI systems find and present information.

- Commitment: 1040 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Evaluate search results for relevance, accuracy, and usefulness
- Rate AI-generated answers and recommendations using structured rubrics
- Compare multiple results and rank them by quality
- Provide brief written explanations for your ratings
- Work through batches of tasks at your own pace
Who You Are
- Comfortable using search engines and browsing the web
- Ability to judge content relevance and quality objectively
- Attention to detail and consistent judgment
- Clear written communication in English
- No technical background required
