Role Overview:
The Seating Technician will carry out repair, maintenance, and assembly tasks on aircraft seating and cabin interior components. The role offers a competitive package, visa and medical insurance, and flexible shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and testing of seating and cabin interior components
- Carry out bonding of upholstery on seating components
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure accurate completion of work packs and related documentation
- Meet customer cosmetic and quality standards with high attention to detail
- Follow all company quality, safety, and compliance procedures
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in seating, upholstery, or laminates
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Strong skills in upholstery and laminating work
- Computer literacy (MS Office or similar)
- Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Seat & Cabin Interiors Technician
