Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Secondary Market Broker specializing in real estate services. The responsibilities include managing property transactions, sourcing and assessing real estate opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, providing property consultations, and negotiating sales. The role involves a high level of client interaction and requires a dedication to excellent service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and list secondary (resale) properties

Advise buyers and sellers on pricing and market trends

Conduct property viewings and negotiations

Close sales in line with RERA & DLD regulations

Build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in Dubai secondary market (experienced within a community)

Strong sales & negotiation skills

RERA certification (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Target-driven and self-motivated
