Nestseekers Dubai is expanding its Secondary Market Division and is looking for a highly experienced Secondary Market Sales Manager to lead and grow our resale department.
This role is strictly for senior professionals already active in Dubai's secondary market, with a strong closing track record and an existing team of agents ready to move or build immediately.
We are seeking a leader who understands the Dubai resale process inside out, can dominate community clusters, secure quality listings, and consistently convert inventory into revenue.
Role Overview:
You will take ownership of the secondary sales division, including team performance, listing acquisition, revenue generation, and managing the full resale cycle from listing to transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Secondary Market Sales team
Bring or build a performing team of property consultants
Drive listing acquisition and dominate targeted communities
Oversee the full resale process from Form A to transfer
Ensure team KPIs, pipeline performance, and deal closures
Maintain compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years in Dubai real estate
Minimum 2+ years leading a secondary market team
Strong closing history in ready / resale properties
Deep knowledge of Dubai transfer procedures and documentation
RERA certified
Ability to bring an existing team or immediately build one
Candidates who already manage a performing team will be highly preferred.
