Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, and RERA regulations
- Proven track record in generating listings and closing secondary market transactions
- Ability to source properties through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Existing client & listings database is a plus
