Richkey Properties is looking for high-performing Tier-A Real Estate Agents in Dubai who are ready to scale beyond the limits of a traditional brokerage.

This is not a standard agent role. We are building a next-generation real estate company designed to invest heavily in top performers and give them the infrastructure, visibility, and support needed to grow faster, close bigger, and build long-term influence in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and assessing potential clients using diverse channels.
• Conducting property viewings and aiding clients in locating their dream properties.
• Assisting clients in navigating the offer-making and transaction closing process.
• Supplying clients with comprehensive market analyses and guidance regarding pricing, mortgages, and legal prerequisites.
• Staying well-informed about the latest trends and developments within the Dubai real estate market.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience working as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in Dubai, specializing in either leasing or sales.
• A robust grasp of the Dubai real estate market and its associated regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in other languages is considered a valuable asset.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license
